London, Parliament

This is one of the most intricately detailed buildings in the world and without doubt the most important building in all Britain. Badly damaged during the last war, it was fully restored.

More than any other artifact, the clock tower, Big Ben, was the symbol of the British Empire.

The roof line is a fully-developed symphony of variation with harmony.

Nobody would ever mistake this building for a WalMart.
