This is another phenomenal undertaking. It must have taken a good part of a century to build. The scale of the paving and its intersecting marble courses almost makes the building look small, but the windows and doors give the scale away. Notice how the approaches to the doors have been marked out by breaks in the pattern. The echoing shapes of the spires is simply delightful.
